Pros

Top-notch employees and management and a solid business plan. AppDynamics has had great growth so far and all indications are that it will dominate its market. Good, casual work environment - people work hard but it's no sweat-shop.

Cons

The company is still experiencing growing pains and is sometimes disorganized. The product is fundamentally excellent but some bugs get through.

Pros

Company was on up swing until they over hired mgmt and people which slowedtime to market, sales and growth,

Cons

Product needs improving, customer support lacking post sale. No clear direction from corporate, a political power struggle going on between old and new management and employees. Company has slashed territories and over hired across Americas with no demand gen plan or brand awareness in place other than cold calling. Recent departed Marketing VP who brought leads and helped build freemium model to where company is today recently left.

The SVP is too Lesa-fair and is managing through osmosis. No leadership or policies set for the Geo Reps. Treats us as wolves after prey which has caused ill sediment in the Sales Force..
