Pros

Great tech, great people and a product that is very relevant to the marketplace. Everybody rallies around Sales in must win accounts and its good to know the team will do anything from pre sales, delivery & support to make this happen

Cons

Growing pains as any rapid Pre IPO with great tech will face. Delivery is getting there now which brings great adoption and Rapid time to value

Pros

As far as am concern, AppDynamics is by far the best IT company have ever work for in the last 11 years of my professional career. The atmosphere is fantastic especially for new employees, you are being trusted to do what you have been employed to do without anyone looking over your shoulder. The management concept is superb, reachable and friendly to everyone. AppDynamics is a place where you can grow with the company and become what you dream to be. What else are you looking for?

Cons

For me, I can't fault this company at all, not even when I have to compare it with other IT companies.
