Expect flexibility, stability and development...but confusion too
Pros
Love the option to work remote. Office hubs are really swanky and great places to meet and visit, though! Unlike smaller start-ups or newer companies, job stability, growth options and benefits are constants here, and that feels good. If your passion is learning and you enjoy a role that will challenge you and make you better, this is your paradise.
Cons
The dark side of the pros: Working remote increases productivity but seems to have created an incessant need for even more meetings, of which only about a 1/3 are actually really needed Growth options are clearer now but the salary ranges of each role is unknown. These need to be explicit. If they are not explicit due to a fear of employees leaving, they should be higher. You will learn so much working here, but the learning path could be easier. Our internal training process and documentation can get really convoluted and feel scattered at times. There is also always so much to learn or a new initiative to implement that information overload is inevitable and can get exhausting.
