So glad to hear you've gained some valuable experience in your role. Customer Success is typically the first job right out of college and is the perfect way to build important skills that you will carry with you throughout your career - communication, problem-solving, task management, teamwork and leadership are just a few examples of the types of skills developed while working on the front lines supporting our customers. That said, career growth takes time and sometimes doesn't come as quickly as you might hope for. I encourage you to take ownership of your own career, evaluate the skills you've built and match them to concrete examples of your accomplishments, work with your manager to understand which skills you can develop to grow your career and to earn another position or promotion in the company.
