      Entry-level friendly: Great first job if you're transitioning into tech or SaaS. They don't expect you to be an expert. Clear expectations around work hours, and overtime is rare.

      Cons

      You’re often the punching bag for frustrated property managers and tenants. It can wear on you. The salary is meh, even for entry-level roles.

      Incredible training, company highly invested in it's employees, industry leading product.

      Cons

      In the Enterprise space there are not many companies you can call who have not already heard of AppFolio and been called on by BDR's for years prior. Standing out from your predecessors or offering unique value propositions can be a challenge. Patience, consistency, and timing play a huge part.
