      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help you when it's needed. The work environment is extremely casual and I feel like I can be myself around my co-workers as well. Managers don't feel like they're above you either, but rather working with you. Also, they provide great snacks in the kitchen so you'll never be hangry at work.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of one con.

      The culture here is amazing, there is a great sense of camaraderie - everyone is open to questions and wants you to succeed! PLUS there are dogs everywhere

      Cons

      Your daily work is not easy but it is so rewarding

      Pros

      The product is really amazing and useful. I would say it is the best in the industry. The long term overview for the company looks to be very good. The culture is amazing, and you feel like you are friends with everybody.

      Cons

      Promotion is seniority based and not merit based. Turnover is extremely high.

      Sorry to hear you didn't see the career growth you were hoping for. We truly do believe in merit-based promotions and have quite a bit of transparency around what it takes to be promoted, especially in the Customer Success team.
