      Pros

      It was a good company culture. Loved coming into the remodeled office in Santa Barbara.

      Cons

      From top to bottom, all the employees are lazy. From managers down to representatives. You won’t find a crop of lazier individuals.

      Great People But Nowhere To Progress

      Pros

      I do really enjoy the people I work with. There is a collaborative nature to our teams and a sense of being in it together. Lots of great friendships have stemmed from my time at AppFolio.

      Cons

      There's a lack of trust in where the leadership is taking the company. Last year significant layoffs occurred because of how the previous leadership ran things financially.
