While the recent Job Architecture initiative is a step forward, consistent support from managers in creating individualized growth plans would further enhance this effort. Compensation: While competitive, salaries and RSU grants could align more closely with industry benchmarks to match the high expectations and attract top talent. Hiring Process: The hiring process, while thorough, could be streamlined to reduce time-to-hire and enhance the candidate experience.
