      Great coworkers and paid training!

      Cons

      You do not get paid nearly enough given how well you are expected to perform and how much work you are expected to do. During my interviews, I was told raises and promotions would come frequently, however, that is not the case. They do not promote or give raises, regardless of how well you perform, and you are left feeling overworked and underpaid all the time.

      My own team (and other teams within Software Engineering) are good to work with, reasonable, and effective The people actually doing the work are passionate about what they do Technologies are good It's possible to have good work-life balance if you pursue that for yourself

      Cons

      The senior leadership is alienating customers by making poor short-sighted decisions which will raise stock prices in the short term but greatly harm the company in the long term Senior leadership and engineering leadership are pushing poorly conceived "AI" features For 2024, the company has switched health insurance providers to Cigna, which is universally panned for poor coverage
