      Fair compensation/wages. Flexibility Diverse group of colleagues Socially accepting Meaningful work & impactful service Forward thinking Wonderful supervisors in smart maintenance department

      Cons

      As a former part-time employee there was a lack of sufficient hours. (some weeks you'd only have 12 hours). Too many other colleagues and too little hours. Hired what seemed like over 20 part-time employees in a span of a few months--only to lay off all part-time employees in less than a year. Us employees were briefly told in a mass zoom call that we're "not getting laid-off but rather the position would cease to exist."

      Pros

      Everyone I work with and in tandem with is incredibly focused but incredibly amenable. Compared to other Tech Companies I've worked for, this company is more interested in making information more accessible in meetings, posts and meetings. They are more interested in clear lines of communication between departments instead of burying you in acronyms only one department uses.

      Cons

      Hybrid pay is not enough to support living in the city of the headquarters, the company also just let nearly 10% of the workforce go and upward mobility may be an issue. The training process for the software is incredibly extensive and the testing protocol is very demanding. (4+ months of training)
