AppSumo is truly a wonderful place to work. More than any other company I have worked for in the past, I have felt like part of the family right away. I truly believe that AppSumo values their team members and you can see and hear that emanating from every leader in the company. I felt very at home with the team during my interview process and received quick communication. The training has been so well organized and structured even with everyone currently working from home. Everyone in the company works extremely hard and is very encouraging. They all truly love what they do and that really creates and excitement you can feel!

One of the greatest things about working at AppSumo is the caliber of teammates. Every day, I'm blown away by the level of intelligence and passion of everyone here, and it's clear to see why the company is growing so quickly. Another pro is the company's dedication to its customers and partners. We really do work hard to deliver the best tools and experience to entrepreneurs. In addition, the perks of this company are next level. Paid health, dental & vision; free lunches daily; two company-paid trips a year; free massages every Friday; weekly happy hours; unlimited PTO; flexible work-from-home schedules; etc. We also just moved into a new office in on E. 6th, near some of the hottest restaurants and bars in Austin.

Cons

No retirement plan offered. I'd love to see a 401(k) with matching in the near future.
