The benefits package is the best around. The pay isn’t bad for the area

Constant change in leadership personnel. No clear values or standard set, always changing. It would be ran better if they would pick a prerogative and stick to it.

Family atmosphere of floor staff.

Cons

Depending on your last name you can almost literally get away with murder and they still sing your praises. Not even a single disciplinary action after charges on at least 2 separate occasions.
