Pros

Great staff, wonderful patients. Teamwork is a pro aspect. Offers great services to the community, yet poor physician care.

Pros

*standard pay is decent *insurance is not really expensive *smaller atmosphere

Cons

*long wait to reach standard pay (8 years for new employees) *once you reach standard pay no raises *have to use ARH doctors, hospital, lab, pharmacy etc or it is not covered, this sometimes means driving for hours to reach the only specialist in chain. *
