Pros

Flexible schedule. Many positions work 12 hour shifts. Insurance is a % of what you make so it's cheaper and has no deductible.

Cons

Pay is low, benefits are not great. Never get raises, yet your costs keep going up for insurances etc. Can only use ARH with the insurance for doctors and medicine. High turn over rate.

Pros

*standard pay is decent *insurance is not really expensive *smaller atmosphere

Cons

*long wait to reach standard pay (8 years for new employees) *once you reach standard pay no raises *have to use ARH doctors,hospital,lab,pharmacy etc or it is not covered, this sometimes means driving for hours to reach the only specialist in chain. *

Pros

Good pay at the time, and cared for the patients well being.

Cons

Now your minimum wage for 5 years then you get a pay raise to what everyone else makes, drama, seems like it'll be a great place to work then all the sudden they're trying to get rid of you, trust no one you are there to work not make friends, its a bandaide hospital, if your in dire need of medical help get there then get flown out to a better hospital or your chances are not good.
