Pros

I've worked for ARH for a decade now. It is a good place to work. Management seems to care about their employees. Management is easy to approach.

Cons

The pay is low, especially for non-union positions that are not upper management. They never give raises, performance based or cost of living. Benefits are getting worse every year.

Pros

Friendly coworkers. That's about it.

Cons

Understaffed and way below average pay compared to surrounding facilities. Unions have abandoned new workers. New nurses receive no wage increases for service and new steel workers don't receive decent pay for almost a decade and could make more at chain stores despite having skilled jobs.

Pros

Good pay at the time, and cared for the patients well being.

Cons

Now your minimum wage for 5 years then you get a pay raise to what everyone else makes, drama, seems like it'll be a great place to work then all the sudden they're trying to get rid of you, trust no one you are there to work not make friends, its a bandaide hospital, if your in dire need of medical help get there then get flown out to a better hospital or your chances are not good.
