Pros

The only pro of working in this company as a APM is you are able to work from home.

Cons

- Higher Management is super unprofessional, disorganized, and dirty. Manager will talk badly about employees durning 1 on 1. Be careful, do not trust anyone. - Will make you work longer than your shift frequently. - Managers can be super unprofessional, if they are on your bad side they can make allegation to get you fired. - You will not get proper training or instructions when doing tasks from higher ups. No one in the team likes to help or knows enough to be promoted. - Disorganize and hazing environment.

Pros

The people that I have worked with are some of the best I have ever worked with in my career, to be honest. Tons of opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects.

Cons

For our division, a lot of the admin-level work is outsourced which can lead to communication issues and general misalignments that otherwise wouldn't exist.

Pros

Exposure to some incredibly talented teams, individuals, and cutting edge clients in the tech industry

Cons

Extremely under-resourced and not adequate job training. Teams simply don't have enough resources to manage the scale of projects. Treated as an inconvenience by management when I was sick with COVID (pre-vaxine) during the height of the pandemic. HR & management were rude and bordering on hostile after I put in my notice.
