Variety of tasks and skills exposure — Projects can range widely (data annotation, transcription, evaluation, etc. offering exposure to different kinds of gig-work.

Cons

Projects end without warning / abrupt cancellations. It seems common for a project to suddenly stop, making planning difficult and sometimes wasting time spent on training or qualifications.
