Work when you want and is Non- Phone.
Cons
Communication does not exist, takes months to get a help ticket reply and then all they do is say it has been closed when it was never resolved. You can only talk to them by email but they won't respond anyway. Low pay on most projects, Missing hours on pay. Take tests and tell you pass but never assign you to the project. I could go on and on. Worked there for years and after they changed to CrowdGen it has never been the same. Not that is was great before but was something. also only pay once a month.
