      Fantastic people: everyone is willing to help, everyone is supportive, everyone is extremely intelligent and skilled - great work/life balance: overtime is discouraged, i have been encouraged to take more time off

      Cons

      Due to some changes recently, morale has been low at the company, especially in the Engineering department.

      * Good WLB * Intelligent and caring coworkers * Interesting work

      Cons

      * Leadership is out of touch with the average employee and doesn't take feedback * Company preaches about its values but doesn't live by them * Culture was much better before and during the pandemic. Declined rapidly in the past year. I no longer feel that the culture is employee-centric * There has been a lot of back-peddling on previous decisions and some shady behavior around layoffs. You can't take what the company says at face value
