Pros

Culture Teamwork Being Valued What you do really makes a difference for customers Internal tools Fun Diverse Executives Commissions Structure Leadership (level 1, 2) are very well rounded in broad markets

Cons

Ramp up takes time so if you get a green patch with little to no active customers assigned to you, put the time in and it's worth it.

Thank you for your insight, we are proud of the product we offer our customers and the positive impact it makes within an organization. At the same time, we recognize the uncertainty and need for flexibility that comes with a growing company. Our Sales Team works collaboratively to solve complex business problems and we look forward to providing more structure with our strategic goals.

Pros

Great place to work! Really supportive and fun culture. It's got the agility of a start-up, but the benefits of a larger, well-established company.

Cons

Haven't really found any cons of substance yet.
