Pros

- great culture - great perks - gave a lot of ownership - allowed for growth

Cons

- old school product - no diversity in employees (mostly white males) - a little dodgy with transparency of roles

Pros

Good place to start a career if you don't have experience.

Cons

Director and VP level management is awful and abusive. A few bad apples have ruined the barrell. For security clearances and new job searches I am forced to list Appian but the same managers throw me under the bus for several years ongoing. A few of the abusive Federal VPs have been canned but that doesn't help now. The best managers get out of the line of fire and hide out in corporate. Staff churn and little work/life balance is of no concern. C-level are counting their shares and have little value to add.
