Pros

Tremendous sense of team work. Everyone, from the Founders on down, is always willing to respond to a question or an ask. Great solution that works and customers enjoy.

Cons

Working on getting the word out on who and what we do.

Pros

Appian is a great company to work for as they genuinely care about their employees and really focus on making sure everyone is satisfied with their jobs. I joined Appian about six months ago and truly enjoy working here. We have a friendly and open work culture where everyone is valued and respected.

Cons

I have not seen anything during my tenure so far. I am hoping that doesn't change.
