      Pros

      Product is good and they could leverage it better

      Cons

      They are continuing to cut people. There is a toxic culture where everybody is looking to protect themself. They are firing people with no respect of their experience, seniority, knowledge... Their marketing sucks, they are changing the message every 6 months. They have a fundamental pipeline problem. Also, leadership is trying to avoid conflict with the CEO and they are making absurd decisions just to please him and keep their seats. It's not a good place to be.

      Hire and Fire Culture - Lot of improvement needed

      Competitive salary Good office workspace in recent days earlier, it was co working space Interview process is smooth, but it will a month time.

      Cons

      Management is strict and arrogant. The reason product Academy after you clear five rounds of interview for a month, If you feel that Academy, they will take it serious and will lead to termination They will take the decision what they decide without Considering employee situation. Not an employee friendly company, They don’t care about your personal life. Employee strength is less in India, Chennai. Limitation with the medical insurance plan for the parents. There are micro managers for some teams. They will take the full flexibility, but they will not allow for the employees. Learning opportunities is less
