Great people and product, but slow burn

Pros

The people in APAC region are some of the best, making it a very open and positive place to work. People are always open to lending a helping hand and are very passionate about the region's growth

Cons

Can still be very U.S-focused. If your reporting line is directly to the US, you are often an afterthought, leaders and team members often not accommodating or flexible with meeting times etc, you find yourself working on your own with lack of direction or guidance. Lack of career growth and advocacy from US leadership. Lots of pushback and no clarity on pathways no matter how well you are performing. Find that development and promotions happens more quickly if you have leaders in your actual region.
