10yThank you for taking the time to write a review. I disagree with your characterization of the Business Development team. I know it's a difficult job but more than half the BDRs met the goals you said were "unrealistic." Three female BDRs were promoted last quarter for real revenue generation so I don't know what "old boys club" or lies are holding them back. If you were being closely managed, it was probably because you weren't meeting expectations. Let's hope 2016 goes better for you.
