      Incredibly talented, friendly, and smart people. I have never worked with so many smart people - such an ideation box! Approachable and transparent leadership - across all departments (Open door policy). Beautiful office space with many in person employee events. Many opportunities for professional growth if not through promotion through training/conferences, exposure, visibility, and development. Strong culture of dissent with resolution in addition to being solutions oriented. Great benefits and strong hybrid workforce. Strong vision for success driven by the founder and in full transparency across all departments, globally. Incredible teamwork and support for one another. Having worked in TA for some time, it is amazing how much the hiring teams prioritize hiring, want to support TA in all ways possible and help brainstorm creative ideas to find top talent. It really is refreshing.

      Cons

      I have no cons, but there are always opportunities for improvement across any company and I feel like they are recognized and addressed appropriately.
