      Pros

      - very transparent environment, company meetings where 1 per month goes over Q&A from employees on important topics to them -Best Place to work in Indiana- #2 -fun environment that focuses on people and customers -no red tape and does not feel hierarchical

      Pros

      The company is growing like mad and has a great reputation in the space. All hype aside, they've executed Extremely well on their mission. Working from home is standard, even for people that live within 30 miles!

      Cons

      Travel can be onerous for consultants. Monday-Thursday on the road can get old. They try to share/limit everyone's travel burden but a certain amount is unavoidable.l
