      Unstable Policies & processes

      Pros

      Free Transportation, Internet reimbursements, cafeteria are few benefits which every employee is getting. I did not find any other benefit which applies to each & every individual.

      Cons

      Unstable policies which changed very frequently as and when needed. Senior Management team twist them to make them in their own favor. They look promising that they are taking care of each individual but that's not the case in reality.

      Love the Company - Not sure of the Acquisition though

      Pros

      Appirio is one of the best infact the best companies to work for if you wish to breathe and grow! Amazing people amazing culture. I love the fact that i am a part of such an amazing team. Starting from the General Manager ,Manpreet Singh to the managers to the HR,Purvi Mathur and Monika Tyagi and Recruitment Rashmeet Arora everyone is amazing.

      Cons

      Acquisition of Wipro may turn it to be a domestic company.
