      Not My Favorite, Not My Least Favorite!

      Pros

      - Awesome co-workers - Lots of learning opportunities - Promote from within, I think :) - Fun activities apart from just project work - Good benefits - Nice, organized internal systems

      Cons

      - No clear path for growing career (instead; encouraged to drive yourself) - Sometimes, projects are a bit crazy because of lack of resources/inexperienced resources - Work-life balance is encouraged, but not necessarily possible

      Recent acquisition shifted culture slightly but not drastically

      Culture changed before acquisition

      Pros

      - Great atmosphere and really supportive teams - Good variety of clients so you can be placed anywhere

      Cons

      - Management became much less transparent leading up to acquisition - Practices staff more senior assets and not younger assets, so they get less experience - Poor compensation compared to other firms of similar size
