- Approachable and engaged leadership - Transparent culture - Strong growth with significant opportunity for advancement - Benefits such as Fitness, phone and internet reimbursements - Flexibility to move into different areas of the organization and build the skills you are interested in - Laid back culture of high achievers

Cons

- Young company that is still maturing some of benefits options - Typical cons of the consulting industry although much better than the bigger firms (travel, sometimes unpredictable schedules)

Great company and work environment, Management needs to learn a few things

Good Salary, Good Work Environment, Helpful People, Good Facilities and Great Infrastructure

Cons

> Located only in Jaipur, should have more offices in India, > Same old office politics by upper management, > They take pride in being transparent but things are not as transparent as company advertises. > HR and IT departments are not out of 'Startup Mode' yet, need to bring in more mature processes.
