      Pros

      They generally hire A players who just get it done. If you're field staff, you can work from anywhere, as long as you can get to an airport. Any they're true believers and practitioners in cloud everything - they don't own a single server. For anyone who has ever had to VPN into the corporate network, this is a BIG DEAL.

      Cons

      Workload is high, and many people are just task-saturated. Some pains related to reaching next-level scale, but overall managing it well.

      Agile Disruptive Successful Appirio is beating the odds, slaying the GSI giants and taking names

      Benefit Packages need to mature.
