Good Place to get your foot in the finance industry

They work around the schedule pretty well. The benefits are decent. Work environment is the best.

Cons

Don't like overtime, technology, and systems are always malfunctioning, pay is barely adequate, do a lot of work that you're not being paid for. Theirs favoritism with back office employees compared to member facing.

Not a stressful environment. Okay benefits.

Cons

No room for growth, no "open door policy" as they always say. Poor communication, management does not how to handle any situations; covid, etc. Hard to advance here if you are not close with someone else that is higher up.
