Training program, staff at HQ, enjoyable coworkers.

Cons

Company seems to turn a blind eye to managers that bully staff. This caused a lot of turnover in my branch.

Pros

Excellent benefits including paid vacations and holidays. Family oriented work environment. Like any family, you won't always see eye to eye but you count on each other for support. Great HR Dept. Never trusted employees who worked in HR until I started working for Apple.

Cons

Fridays and Saturdays branch hours. Open till 6pm on Fridays till 1pm on Saturdays, but you usually get every other Saturday off so it's not that bad.
