      Pros

      Job security is guaranteed. Benefits are good. Best working laptop. Comp is not top tier but still great in the industry.

      Cons

      Legacy infrastructure especially the AI/ML technical stack, more true outside of the AIML org. No career growth. Limited project scope. Divided orgs, teams etc. Very top-down but it is not working any more in this AI 2.0 era. Duplicated functional teams and projects here and there. Duplicated tools and platforms here and there. Lacking company-wise planning and strategy.
