Pros

Happy staff, supportive workplace and very organised. They’d give you food vouchers too on bank holidays and Christmas period for restaurants. You’d get good work benefits.

Cons

Repetitive job. You wouldn’t want to be doing it long term.

Pros

Good pay, competitive benefits, non-physical work

Cons

Company regularly violates American disability Act Company has strict attendance policy Company partners with “Sedgwick”, a 3rd-party leave partner owned by corporate superpowers, designed to make time away more challenging for employees, ultimately and often costing them their careers. What the company says and what the company does are VERY different. The job involves heavy direct sales with expectation of high KPI delivery, but with no incentive. Rather, the company penalizes and terminates employees whom do not perform “up to expectation”. Learning and development are not priorities, turnover is very high. Work/life balance is extremely poor.
