So much drama

Pros

The job is relatively easy and pays well. It also allows more work life balance than traditional retail. Benefits are great. If you can keep yourself from caring this is a great job.

Cons

Maybe it was the market I was a part of but there was so much drama and politics. Everyone seemed to be looking for a fight at all times. Managers would openly snap at team members in front of customers, bullying was accepted and everyone from HR to leads (supervisors) played extreme favorites. People who voiced concerns were reprimanded and/or fired- this is something I saw a trend in across my market and in neighboring markets. The greatest priority in this company is keeping stores from unionizing.
