The company employs anyone who will work hard for commission. You don't need a college degree or prior experience.
Cons
People come to staffing agencies to get help finding a job. But the staffing agents' goal is to get a commission from companies by filling positions. If you are a person with poor job history, you will be ignored because you can't make that staffing agent money.
