Pros

If you show up you will get regularly scheduled hours, pays a bit above minimum wage to start, job security

Cons

Employees are over worked and underpaid, management uses an "everyone is replaceable" approach to employee relations, cost of benefits is very high

Pros

Free food when the kitchen would mess up. And I honestly can't think of any other possible pros for this job.

Cons

Long hours, no breaks, terrible customers, unsanitary conditions, irresponsible managers, poor pay, no benefits, unreliable coworkers, favoritism of employees from management.
