      Was a great corporate company until it became a franchise

      Pros

      The company had some great, long-term employees that made the environment pleasant

      Cons

      The local franchisee is second rate at best. This is not just a disgruntled opinion. He has had to close multiple units due to a failure to correctly operate them.

      Your coworkers are usually pretty cool

      Cons

      Most of the time, management sucks, and they dont care at all what you say about it. The kitchen cooks can do no wrong, so when food is taking forever or we are 25 pages deep on the expo screen, it is somehow the servers or hosts' fault, which is absolutely ridiculous.

      Pros

      Set off days and guaranteed overtime if you want it if you are a worker and not a slacker.

      Cons

      No real benefits, no structure, no leadership, you can tell it's a company that doesn't really care about their workers because they can provide so much more for their employees but almost all franchise stores or restaurants care about is stuffing their pockets. ( this is my opinion others might see it different)
