      You can get alot of hours.Tips are also good.You get to interact with a lot of people.Great atmosphere

      Cons

      One of the cons is that you have to be pressured to get food out really fast when it is busy at the restaurant.

      Pros

      The managers are very good at working around your schedule. The tips can be good at times.

      Cons

      There are contests and customer Surveys which are only worth people taking the time to fill out if they have a complaint then you are punished. Also the tip out and pay is unfair. You tipout to a bartender who is more than likely going home with more money than you as it is. Where the host gets shafted.
