Pros

At the Applebee's I work at we have a great manangement team. Usually get out what I put in. When I request time off most of the time it is honored with reasonable notice.

Cons

Sometimes working holidays and weekends all the time isn't the best. Can be inconsistent with money.

Pros

I developed interpersonal skills and gained customer service experience. They are very flexible in writing the schedule to match your needs.

Cons

This job requires being on your feet and working the bulk of your hours on the weekend, when most people are off.

Pros

Fun coworkers, OKAY managers, (obviously some better than others) Pretty much if you treat the managers with respect they will respect you back for the most part, pretty good money depending on shifts. All tips in cash at the end of the night. It is really not a bad place to work.

Cons

TERRIBLE customers that just want to get free food, Morning shifts are terrible money and a waste of your time with more work and less staff.
