hard and very long hours

Pros

the training was one of the best that I went through. I wouldn't recommend working there if you are in your late 30's.

Cons

the long hours some stores are open untill 2am; with manager shifts starting at 3pm in some cases, the hours are not good for family life.

Pros

If you show up you will get regularly scheduled hours, pays a bit above minimum wage to start, job security

Cons

Employees are over worked and underpaid, management uses an "everyone is replaceable" approach to employee relations, cost of benefits is very high
