High emphasis on training and development Excellent senior leadership Huge opportunity for advancement and promotion Very open culture Constant feedback Perfomance related pay and promotion Recongizes the value and talent of the "bottom" level associate as the heart beat of the industry

Pros

Great team environment, managers were flexible, overall it was a very fun place to work. The discounts were nice too. They give you more tables than you can handle to maximize the money you make.

Cons

Sometimes managers can seem a bit over powering. Hours are VERY long, sometimes 8, 9, 10 even 12 hour shifts of standing.

Pros

Fun people to work with, the management was nice, you were never bored because people were always coming in, even during the slow hours between the lunch and dinner rush there was stuff to do.

Cons

Very hard to advance - you must be a hostess for a whlie before you can even begin training as a server.
