      Take this job if you want to make a lot of money on a busy day and a little the next.

      Pros

      Co workers were fun to be around. The schedule was very flexible and the tips were great. the relaxed environment made it easier for the day to go buy.

      Cons

      Customers can be very mean and treat you like you are beneath them. The side work and closing activities could seem tedious especially when you have made plans.Other tasks are kitchen maintance, the fact we make our own salads (I am not hired on as a cook!) and the ever tedious "front and back of house." These people act as shift managers and have to check all the other servers work before they get to leave. I usually stay for several hours cleaning the store and getting everything done (I am not making any money off of tables)

      Pros

      It is a very team oriented place, and very fast paced. Always keeps you moving, and lots of different things to learn.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are problems with letting employees know when they are or are not supposed to work a shift that was supposed to be on the schedule. Overall it is a good place to work.

      Pros

      flexibility of the schedules. i worked my way through college, and they were very open for my school schedule. The people were a lot of fun to work with, i met a lot of friends from my school that worked with me at the store.

      Cons

      very corporate work environment, and lower earning potentional then other jobs. the amount of time for the money wasn't worth it to me.
