pay was not competitive for the industry

I was kissed against my will by a guest and told it was "just this industry" by a manager. So they don't care about assault or harassment nearly as much as all those courses I had to take on their stupid laptop claimed to. The tip out was atrocious and they often didn't make up my servers wage to match when I didn't hit minimum with tips. No accommodations even though I was in prescription knee braces on both legs, I was expected to grin and bear it and keep going. I could go on and on and on but you get the point. It was a terrible place to work.
