Overworked, and underpaid My management team was not a team- zero support no work life balance- did not respect boundaries and days off.

Customers will treat you like garbage because their cheap steak doesn’t taste like it came out of a steak house, management will comp their food to make them happy meanwhile no tip for the server. Happens all the time. No independence; need a manager swipe for moving items around on a check, doing a complete, using a discount, etc. have to wait around after shift so they can count your tips and give it back to you the next day; stapled for some reason. kind of a hassle. This place is a lot of drama and you won’t make much money unless your me bartending or serving and you better be super qualified to do so because favoritism is real.
