Store Manager and Kitchen manager typically work all days and leave by 4pm before any real sales come in the door. All other management is left to run peak dinner rush by themselves,and run labor and, oh yeah, do the dishes because day shift blew labor and you can't afford a dish person. Also kitchen manager will leave a detail cleaning list for the night crew to complete, so plan on being there until 3 sometimes 4 in the morning. If the crew don't complete the detail cleaning list, regardless of how busy or short they are they are punished by the kitchen manager because he will cut back their hours to mess with their pay. It's unbelievable that an hourly KM has that much control over a shift that he never is a part of.
