Pros

amazing support system among every single worker there.

Cons

The managers, they belittled me and made me feel small. And cut me for simply making small training mistakes…. Also, there was blatant favoritism & double standards..

Pros

Flexible scheduling, especially if you’re a student. Co-workers were friendly and helped out during rushes. You learn how to handle difficult customers and fast-paced environments. Decent place to pick up some quick cash through tips.

Cons

ay is low and heavily dependent on tips. Management can be hit or miss — some managers were supportive, others didn’t really care. Long hours on weekends with very little work-life balance. Menu changes often but training for them is minimal, so you have to figure things out yourself.
