Long hours, underpaid at store level. Toxic upper management. Constantly moving the target up while ignoring the economy and inflation, while chastising local management and blaming them for failures and short comings. More profits with lower labor expectations. Low quality product and unwillingness to improve quality for guest experience, instead blaming local level management for any and everything.
