Workplace culture is pretty undesirable. Excessive policies that aren’t necessary. Personally hard for me to feel fulfilled working for such a large chain restaurant.

•Servers are required to tip out to the host and bartender • Certain locations don’t make as much money due to the type of clientele and business volume • $2.13/hr minimum wage • constantly on your feet and moving for the duration of entire shift. • No break unless working a double (Excludes Restroom and/or smoke breaks) • Sometimes the job can get stressful when business volume is extremely high.
